thors hammer cant download driver

i just got my thors hammer controller and im tryin to download the mw2 driver and i downloaded it to my computer and i downloaded winrar or watever it is but when i try to download it to the controller it says device not detected when its plugged into my computer. any suggestions?

Open HID loader first....then hold down the sync button and power on the controller.....The #1 and #2 led's should be lit up...now connect to your pc and HID loader should recognize it. If you are still having problems try unplugging your xbox during programming. This will keep the controller from trying to sync with the xbox.
