Thors Hammer Issue

My last thread was closed before I could answer. My Thors Hammer still works but it wont let me connect to my computer to access the the Viking/Hex programmer.
Nothing has been uploaded to this controller but the mods that came with the Hex program that I downloaded from the Viking site. The controller has new batteries as well. I put in a support ticket but I've gotten no response. I am still able to use the controller just cant connect it to reflash with new mods. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
