Trouble ordering

Not sure where this thread should belong so i made it in general.

Ok, so today is payday and after waiting 2 weeks to order a viking i goto checkout and enter in all my details i go to hit the continue button and all i get on screen is this message.
UPS Error: The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations. Please check your Documents Only, Letter/Envelope, and Saturday Delivery settings as these may affect service availability.

I live in the uk and i have entered in all my address details correctly but it won't let me continue checkout.

Am i screwed or can i still buy a viking some other way? Any help would be great.

Hmm will double check on the cart, looks like something possibly broke. Probably UPS changed its API and failed to let any of the small business developers know about it.

They do, at work we deal with ups for office supplies, and everyday while im waiting for my bus home at least 2 ups delivery vans drive past so they do deliver to my area.


Is there any news on this? I would really like to order one asap like can i order one directly from an admin through pm's rather than on the website?

Two ways I can think of off the top of my head:

1. Open a forum thread.
2. Buy a controller, then open a support ticket.
