So basicly my Tyrs Hand wont switch modes. Watch the video and please help me out.

did u try holding the sync and middle button untill the player 1 and 2 led blink together?

When you power it up normally and just tap the sync button, does the mod change modes (player 4 blinks)? If not, you may have to send it in to get the connection to the sync button repaired. Be sure you haven't abused the controller, we've had a lot of kids sending these things back after opening the controller, looking around, accidentally ripping wires off, then closing the shell, pinching all the wires even worse... we don't do free repairs for this kind of thing any more.

But if it's just a normal warranty issue don't worry we'll make the repairs for free and get it back to you ASAP. Submit a support ticket if you haven't already, they will arrange everything.
