Tyr's Hand HEX issues

I received my Tyr's Hand Last Tuesday and tried to create my own set of settings
I followed directions to the T with the viking video tutorials
When I programmed and rebooted, apparently everything was wiped and my Viking turned into a normal controller
LEDs do not work and all the combinations of turning on rapid fire do not work either.
I would appreciate any help given, or I might have to use my warranty. It was my birthday present.

Make sure you have fresh batteries

I know you said your LEDs aren't working, but please try it.

If all goes well, try using this preset: http://viking360.com/download-software- ... lar-preset

Other than that, all I can say is, good luck, I hope all goes well.

All right, that worked, now its back to normal.
All I want to do is to make the fal for mw2 shoot 27.4 sps.
Can you show me how to do that?
I got that you need to scroll down to custom, then 27.4,
but thats how my contoller messed up last time.
Myabe I did it wrong.
Is there a step by step?

No step by step, but go to HEX, choose tyr's hand, rapid-fire (mode 1 slot to the left if possible)
Custom rapid-fire speed 27.40.

OK I do that and I saved it to the desktop.
Tried to program in HIDBootLoader and rebooted
Turned on controller, nothin
Then reverted back to the preset 9 mode and it was all good

I don't know what you are doing lol.

Make the HEX, then go into the bootloader, open the hex, program and reboot your controller.

Ok, Heres everything I do to make my HEX file
Tyr's Hand selected
Left "Link both slots" and "Invert LED indicator" unchecked
Toggle slot 1 on: Left Trigger and Sync
Change to next slot: Sync
Toggle Slot 2: Right Trigger Sync
Change: Both Triggers and Sync

Then the only slot I have on SLot one is:
Rapid Fire (custom speed) 27.4.

I saved that file to the desktop, opened HIDBootLoader and hit open game driver, selected the file, and programmed and rebooted.
Turned on the controller, fooled around in a private match to test it out, and nothing.

Another thing, the "03.29.2011 - Tyrs Hand - All-in-one 9-mode user programmable" works just fine. But any other HEX does nothin

Then there is something wrong. You aren't saving the HEX then or what not. Want to make a teamviewer appointment so I can see?

Try this, I saved this correctly for sure.

Also try going on Teamviewer with NYjetsNY1, he's really helpful, and I'm sure he can fix your problem.

Open the hex up to see how to change modes.
