i ordered one of these before doing the in depth research and now im getting sceptical. i mean i watched the tutorial video that said it was now compatible with legacy software so figured why not save money for the same stuff. well anyways the main aspects i was searching for were dropshot and jittermod mostly so did i screw myself here or are these modes capable of using on tyrs hand ? really hope i didnt waiste my money. i wouldve rather got ragnarok i feel foolish.

if this is true then there page on the viking360 site looking at the tyr's hand the tutorial for the software shown has all modes like jitter and it clearly said tyrs hand is now available on the software so false advertising since i was hoping for those awesome modes and it is already shipping to my house

On the Viking360 product page for the Tyr's Hand is an instruction sheet and a six minute tutorial video, neither of which show the jitter or dropshot in action. We don't understand where the false advertising is at? We are sorry for your confusion, neither of these show jitter or dropshot in action on the Tyr's Hand controller:

If you can return the controller in "as new" (re-sellable condition) immediately, we can issue a refund, minus the original FedEx shipping cost. Just open up a ticket at the Viking360 support desk (or VikingDigital support desk if that is where you bought the controller from), they will process the refund as soon as the controller arrives at the shop.
