If your playing MW2 u going to want to adjust it to 23 sps.
It is the fastest u can go without getting lagged up.
Its actually alot faster than the MW2 High Rate Of Fire Mode!

it depends on what game you're playing, certain games like call of duty have caps on how fast you can fire (sps)
i would suggest testing around with whatever game your playing and keep increasing the shots per second until the gun starts misfiring, then go back to the shots per second setting you had just before that for maximum fire rate
