viking chip instrustion

hello i am new to this site and have recently brought a cg2 viking chip and it came with no instrustion so can anyone please point newin the right direction as i cannot find anythink on this site and what i have found and downloaded doesnt come up.

you need WINRAR to open it. I dont have a link, it is on the top of the download drivers page.

The chip is the same, but they have different install instructions.
