Hello just recived my controller, it was from the UK modder.

When i turn on the controller the LED's are very very dim.

There is no instructions with it, It also didnt come in a viking box, it was in a ordinary 360 controller box. which i think isnt good.

So how do i record macros on the fly with this thing? i dont want to use the Macro editor just yet.

So how do i record macros and why are all the LED's green and not multilight like they should be? also very very dim.

Any help please even from other users?

Hi

I got one recently too...

It also came in a normal box, it doesn't bother me, although it does make me wonder why I paid $40 postage???

I think you have to go on to the page editor and program it so the top tactile switches scroll between pages otherwise you can't get off them

Watch the videos they do explain how to do it.

Also are your batteries new?? are the lights bright when pluged in via USB??

To record you need to set a Tac switch in the Macro Assignment page to start/stop recording. When you do that it also makes you choose a playback button. I'd definitely recommend putting in some new batteries for the LEDs.

Charge up the PnC pack for 24 hours before use, just like every other rechargeable battery pack ever invented by mankind?

Our fault, we haven't shipped the retail boxes to Ben in the UK yet who is the one currently processing some of our European orders. Instructions - install the software. Click on the giant question mark. Or, visit the www.viking360.com website - click support and click on video tutorials. There are about 40 minutes worth of videos and about 5 pages of instructions in the software.

You have the use the macro software. You have to designate one of the tac switches as the recording button and also another tac switch as the playback button.

Stop using drained batteries. You use the macro software to select the LED colors.

Also I recommend that you take a firmware update as we just released a new firmware last night. (refer to tutorial videos)

Because it costs a lot of money to ship products from the USA to the UK - both in shipping costs and in import duties cost.
