What happened to Ben and his website ?

i was wondering what happened to Ben's website cause i tried looking at it but Firefox said the page could not be found

and where is Ben any way ?

Hi Viking team,

since Ben does'nt sell viking controllers, can you explain to me, how do I do to purchase one (halo reach style).

I tried to check it out from you website, but was unable to do it : "missing or invalid ship..."

I'm located in france.

Hi Superjo,

Some international customers have had better luck using the PayPal checkout. Have you tried the PayPal checkout?

Or does the cart not let you get far enough to try the PayPal checkout?

yes the cart doesn't let me get far enough. Apparently there is a problem with the address in line 1 (as to the error message) but I don't understand why.

I also tried to ship to canada (a friend who lives there would send me back the controller to france) but the billing operation has been aborted because I atempted to pay with a visa card which not matches with a canada address. (what ever it is, I haven't had the option to pay by paypal)

Do you have a solution for me?

Sent you a PM so we could get the exact address you were trying to use, will forward it to the shopping cart team. UPS verifies the addresses, and then after it passes through that stage, the address must match the billing address of your credit card or else that will fail also.
