Would this be possible for Viking?

I didn't see this anywhere on the forums, but is it possible to make a macro (with a firmware update) that when you hold the right trigger it goes to the fastest possible rate of fire adjusting itself accordingly, without capping out(mod blocked), and for any game? Hopefully this makes sense lol.

That would make everything that much easier than it already is!

Lol.

No, this would never be possible. Never with the viking360 macro controller.

Maybe in the future, with a $250,000 controller you could get this feature :)

For now, nope, this will never be possible.

Well... there is this feature on Intensafire 2.0 controllers called "Learning Mode". Maybe I explained it too complicated, just take a look. That on Viking would be nice, I think.

Not advertising, but this is what the site says.

Mode 1 is set up for Modern Warfare 2 and other first person shooters.
Mode 2 is set up for Halo Reach (automatic fire only in Halo Reach, does not increase speed).
Mode 3 is set up for Call of Duty Black Ops. (Learning Mode)
Mode 4 is set up for Gears of War series, including Gears of War 3.
Mode 5 is the programmable speed setting set at Call of Duty 4 from the start.

Mode 3 has also been enhanced to function as a "learning mode". This mode is now able to adjust itself automatically when your fire rate is capped during gameplay, a feature not found in many other rapid fire mods.

I don't either LOL, but apparently it works. I'd like to try it out for myself just to see how it works. Either way I still prefer Viking, but it would be nice to have.

It must have some sort of hardware to do it, so it would be impossible with the viking regardless of how it's done.

But the thing im wondering is, how the hell would it even detect it? Because a controller only outputs a signal, right? So the only thing I would understand that would even POSSIBLY work would be a microphone but what if you're playing with a headset? Like Turtle Beaches or Astros, and theres no sound coming out the tv.

Learning mode is a gimmick - it does not work the way they describe. Which is exactly why it's hard to find an actual youtube video of learning mode in action let alone an instruction sheet explaining how it works. They want you to buy thinking it's some amazing end-all feature, when really it's not. Let me know if you find an actual instruction sheet explaining how learning mode works, because so far all I've found are brochures.

You're absolutely right, how does it detect it? It can't. It's an advertising gimmick. It's pretty much the same as any user-programmable mode rapidfire controller.

Yeah, their probably fan-boys, I saw them playing on BO and they were talking about it. I never saw it work I was just assuming it did because they were bragging. I didn't find any videos myself yet either. Too bad, wouldn't have to keep fine tuning to figure out the cap on new games.

I've always followed the "proof or it didn't happen" mentality when it comes to shopping.

Yeah it's a very good mentality too. Though I think I still rather have the programmable-thru-computer controller wayyyy cooler... lol. But "cooler" doesn't even describe how much more sophisticated and innovative your mod is compared to others.
I always thought of this (maybe 4ish years ago), having its own CPU and it being able to do almost anything. You've done it with the macro.
I don't even have mine yet and I'm talking! It's great. :D
