Just put in two new Energizers before programming so they are probably OK. I am using a Windows 7 machine for this for the first time, don't know if that could be the cause. Will have to try it on XP again where I never had a problem and see if it makes any difference.

I used newest hidbootloader from "viking quick scope gui" link on my Hammer and when it gets to the end where it verifies it say failed. The programming seems to have worked though. Anything to worry about?

thanks, I see the needed files are there and working. Why are the other downloads for Legacy drivers broken? I hope support for the legacy controllers isnt drying up already. That would be a shame because these controllers are still great.
