Since I'll be ordering by the end of the week, exactly what comes with the Ragnarok? I assume a USB cable to hook up to the PC? Does it come with a play and charge kit like the Macro controller? Thanks in advance!

That's a bummer! Was hoping for the black and red, skull shell in some of the pictures. Will wait to see if anything comes in next week but will have to pull the trigger (no pun intended) by the end of the week.

I was pricing out a Ragnarok for my son, and a lot of the color options for the bumpers, thumbsticks, trim, etc. seem to have disappeared - particularly anything in red. Will you be getting any of these back before the holidays? Thanks!
