not sure if anyone else has noticed or not but is it possible to run rapid fire PLUS the hybrid Rapidfire mod? tried today and only could run one or the other

seems anywhere between 15-20 delay units per Sniper Rifle works rather well, even gives you the full scope after as a bit of "follow thru" if need be.

so is there any way to adjust the timing for the auto quick scope mod? its about 1-2s too slow at the moment and i have the programmable ragnarock, so im just curious if i can adjust that. thanks
