I bought my controller a long time ago. Never really used it until recently and the back tac button is always pushed in and won't come out any more.

Open up a ticket at the helpdesk, send 'er in, they'll fix it.
If you're a very old customer you'll have to sign up for a new account at Viking360.com to submit a ticket (it's free, just need a valid e-mail address).
Be sure to let them know the name from the original order, they won't work on controllers that were purchased from third party (i.e. through craig's list, etc.)

Thanks I have created a ticket in the helpdesk with my original transaction ID.

Had the same problem. Help desk fixed it up nice and quick. Shouldn't have any problems.
