SniperMode comes with rapidfire enabled on most of the presets, but yes there are a couple that can be turned on and off or have the speed changed using Duo
There's really no fast reload for the sniper rifle, I've seen some sort of a glitch on the sniper rifle but nobody knew the combination or knew for sure if it was console or PC. There are a lot of videos of PC cheats, hard to find a good 360 cheat
