Can't Downlod the Software

Hello,
When I try and DL the software from Viking360.com the installer will not run I get an error and I posted the Screenshot below. Any info would be great on how to get this to run. Thank You ver much

Reading the error, this is a .net frame work issue with your pc.

Go the the microsoft website and update your .net framework, then rerun the viking installer.

Be sure to turn off security software, virus scanners, etc. Be sure to log in as system administrator of your computer. [If you are running windows Vista, DISABLE THE UAC before trying to install the software].

You could try installing the .net framework separately by itself here first:
