can't use the controller wireless

Hello there, I just received my Ragnarok today. everthing went normal when i synced it with the ps3 but when i unplugged the usb cable, the controller turned off and i cant turn it back on

Try to reset it by pushing the little pin whole botton on the back of the controller?

I did, but to no avail =(

okay problem solved. it seems that i had to let it charged all the way. that was an noobish by me cuz i assumed the controller would be fully charged out of the box
