Firmware update issues

Having troubles with updating my PS3 Ragnarok controller.
Did everything it said to do.. But it doesn't recognize the 1.8.2 firmware.. Says Unknown Version. Can anyone help?

Yes, it sounds like your firmware was updated successfully, next you'll want to get the windows customization software v1.8 installed on your computer and then with that updated it will recognize the version.
