I also use them and whenever I boot up with one of my controllers that don't have the FPS Freek sticks on them I can immediately tell and notice a big difference in reaction time.
Honestly, they are the one thing helping me react quicker and aim better since I got them a couple days ago.

I love 'em. ;)

they are great. the guys with smaller hands cant use them very well because it raises the sticks too high. i dont have a problem with them. much more precise movement, and smoother actions.
