Has My Macro Controller Arrived?

I sent my red skulls macro controller off 2 weeks ago to be repaired and was just wondering if you have received it yet or not please get back to me as soon as possible thank you.

Oh and I can't sign in on my support ticket account I keep sending a password reset to my email address and nothing has appeared yet in my inbox or spam should i create a new account???
 
Is it a bad thing that my controller is in [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]AUSTRALIA according to the post office screwing up my order? Good thing I insured it for £250=$400!!!!!

Best to open up a support ticket for these questions. The assembly and repair staff don't monitor the forums. (They do monitor the ticket system)
