Ok so my led lights come on but they are a little late and I can get my controller into programming mode sometimes and also my front left tac switch fell into my controller and my back right tac switches are in the controller almost but I can still press the with force.

The led lights coming late and the fact that you only can get into programming mode sometimes are both issues with the batteries! I recommend fresh AA batteries. Batteries will fix those issues
