The best way to contact our company is to not use a @hotmail.com account that has an excessively overprotective spam filter on your e-mail box so that our ticket responses make it into your e-mail's inbox.
We received these three tickets, and we responded immediately to them:
Ticket #IJO-28063 on December 10th
Ticket #VXA-60447 on December 11th
Ticket #CDL-71098 on December 17th
Please add the following e-mail address to the "allow" list of your spam filter;

Also, the e-mail addresss you put on the tickets was a @hotmail.com address. I'm 99.9% sure our ticket responses are in your hotmail junk folder. You might try using a better e-mail host than hotmail as they get hacked often, get spambombed a lot, and typically filter legitimate messages into the junk/spam folder.
