How To Disable Knife Button?

My problem is my knife button on my PS3. I keep hitting it all the time by accident and I'm getting close to breaking my controller. Anyways, is there a way I can disable the knife button? And my other question is there a quick knife for MW3 on PS3 or not? Thanks in advance.

No quick knife for PS3 yet, and about disabling the knife button - it is to my knowledge that you cannot. But have you tried changing modes? Try going to tactical, instead of default in-game. Then when you press RS, it will drop instead of knife.

You must have it set to tactical, witch puts your knife button on the right stick. Try changing it to default in the game menu, the set the controller mode to match that. Then your knife button will be O, I think!
