Jitter Speeds?

Hi guys, I'm a little confused about the jitter speeds. YY and XYY, slow, medium, fast. What guns are good for which ones? For example, what jitter and speed is good for the striker in MW2? What I'm hoping is that someone could put together a guide to tell which jitter is good for which gun. If anyone could do that it would be great! :D

Well, YY is generally better for 3 burst guns, while XYY is better for Shotguns and such.

XYY Fast is the best for Striker in Mw2.

I do believe xxBinnoxx made a guide for rapidfires and jitters for the Legacy controller, and the jitters should apply to the macro controller, but the rapidfires do not.
