Hi there,

There are two bugs with the current release. I took it down last night until I could confirm what the problems are. Right now I was able to confirm two bugs:

1.) I have the sensitivity set too high and it seems to affect rapidfire on the left trigger.
2.) The timeline multiplier value in the timeline editor is not working properly.

You can grab the latest release by doing this:

*Runn http://www.viking360.com/downloads/thev ... _setup.exe installer program. This application will install files on your hard drive at c:\program files\Viking360\The Viking\
*Download this http://www.viking360.com/downloads/thev ... .8.1.4.bin firmware update file for your controller and save it to your desktop. (Current version as of 10/8/2010 at 11:06AM PST)
*Download and run this http://www.viking360.com/downloads/thev ... pdater.exe firmware update program. (must install the above installer program FIRST for this to work properly...)

You'll need your controller, a CHARGED battery pack, and the play-and-charge cable to upgrade to the new firmware. Don't worry, there's no way you can hurt your controller. This process is 'idiot proof.' Feel free to send us a support ticket if you need help.

*Put the batteries into your controller and power up the controller using the START button. When powering up the controller using the START button, the controller will go into programming mode (only two LED's will turn on in white).
*Plug the play-and-charge cable into your PC and the controller.
*The Firmware Update Program will recognize your controller now. Go ahead and click Open Bin File and select that firmware update .bin file.
*Click Program/Verify and wait for the success message.
*Click Reset Device.

Your controller is now set up for basic rapidfire on the left and right triggers. Enable and disable rapidfire using the tac switches. Or, load up the Viking Macro software to start playing around with the editor.
