Are you sure you are using the right button? If you are trying to load macros ONTO your controller you would use the IMPORT Option... there should be arrows going INTO the controller

I got my controller yesterday .I followed the tutorial videos ,when i transferring a Viking Macro Set to the Controller , it says export macros error .

You made sure to turn on the controller by the start button ( not the Xbox symbol ). The lights should be blinking rapidly.

Also did you try uploading a different macro or macro set, maybe there is a issue with that one ?

Did you download v0.9.0.0 software from website?

Yes ,but software not recognize the controller.
