The M14 is in MW2. I found an M21 EBR without a scope, and it was labeled M14 EBR. The best part about it is that it's easy to get, and therefore prove. I was playing the special ops gulag mission, blow the wall and run through the showers area to the hole in the floor. The M14 was one of the weapons out on the blankets, on the side of the hall way that you blow the hole through. It was not leaning up against the wall, it was on the floor. It should be there, it was there every time I retried (I did about 15).
