What button layout do you use and for what game? MW3 is the semtext method which isnt as good as the fast reload on the old games. You must be holding a semtex for it to work in MW3. I'm not sure that the PS3 Ragnarok supports this though. To turn on fast reload you hold the mod and press your reload button (in default it's square).
