well my controller that i fubared downloading the update will get to viking today.... anyone have any experiance with their customer service?...i am crossing my fingers that they download the update for me....since i am pretty dumb with that stuff..

They have some awesome customer service. I sent my controller in once and got it back pretty quickly.

Sorry you had to send it back! We try to process the returns as quickly as we can when they happen :-( They put the latest and greatest updates on it when it comes into the shop.

they recieved the controller that i erased wed at 10 am and sent it back this morning fri at 9 am....with the new updates installed... great customer service ....now i cant wait to play it
