I found the login page for the Viking Forge but it won't let me sign in? I tried everything...

I checked the emails I received but nothing there.

Also I have a friend who told me he got a CD with his controller for the Forge editor, what's the deal here?

Did you just buy it? Usually you get an email with your login info. What CD? Never got one and I was one of the first few.....

Yeah bought it last week, just got it today. I got a email with login info but it doesn't work.

You said you got an e-mail with login info. Are you sure that was the FORGE login info and not just your www.viking360.com order account and not your forums account? (they are all three completely different systems, you can't use viking360.com login to get into the viking360.com/forums and can't use either to get into forge.viking360.com)

Did you enter your login and password both case sensitive?

Do you have a ticket # from our support desk so I can go lookup your credentials, reply back to you on that ticket and close the ticket?
