ye like u told do nothing it works really all i do is move with my player and auto switching on manual and sometime i use RB for pressure but stil this game is scripted you can let the cpu steal the ball without getting the AI. 
now i know why i always losed the ball the just let the cpu do it it and reswitch if they get the AI
normally i was using a to contain but you shouldnt do that thats a killer it wil give u loses all the time containing is good when u have a few goals but befor that you can do better run self and let the cpu do the job
