Trouble with fast reload MW3

Does anyone know how I can get fast reload to work in MW3? Its doesn't actually reload it just stops half way. Is it the setting I'm using?

You probably have Sleight of Hand on in which case, fast reload doesn't work.

If you have the non-USB programmable PS3, Fast Reload doesn't work in MW3.

If you have the USB programmable PS3, we will have a driver update in March (that's this month ) that will bring Trophy System Fast Reload glitch to the controller. Fast Reload will work again but your combatant needs to be holding a trophy system.
