To assign the page left and right buttons to the D-Pad left and right buttons?

Would be nice to open up the two buttons and would make in game navigating easier possibly?

This was in the original scope for the software way back when I dreamed up the macro controller, but unfortunately we don't have any plans to add any more updates to the Macro software :-(
