not workin for me

as soon as i put a battery pack in it does it without pressing any buttons....

eveytime i turn on my macro controller my player 1and player 4 light come on pink i take battey out sill dosnt work and i used a diffrent pack and still dosnt work i baught it about 5months ago it just happend 3 hrs ago and i cant seem to get it fixed and very up set so anyhelp?
