eveytime i turn on my macro controller my player 1and player 4 light come on pink i take battey out sill dosnt work and i used a diffrent pack and still dosnt work i baught it about 5months ago it just happend 3 hrs ago and i cant seem to get it fixed and very up set so anyhelp?

It turns pink if you turn it on with the start button (That puts it in programming mode).
Turn it on with the xbox guide button.

What I do is take out the battery pack, hold down the middle button, then plug the battery pack back in slowly. See if that worked.

Sgt, woah woah woah! Let's not jump to conclusions. First, try mj23's suggestion.

Likely, this is a simple firmware issue! Update your firmware here: http://viking360.com/download-software-drivers/the-viking-software-record-and-playback-moves

There is a tutorial video, and info there. Update the firmware. Then put the macro set on your controller after doing that. Then it should work.

Remember to use new AA batteries. If you still have issues, please post again!
