I actually dont think the macro controller multipliers have any correlation to the actual SPS since you have 2 SPS multipliers.

What happened was whoever installed the chip soldered the wrong wire to the wrong button, I can see how a mistake like this could happen as the B button and A button are relatively close. If you installed it then just make that simple fix if viking did so then I would send it back.

Sorry man but I am pretty sure it is not possible as the chip isnt wired to the thumb sticks.

No any tac switch will work however make sure its the right size to fit in the hole on the controller or else you will be doing some drilling.

A rapid fire is possible however the cap on the fire rate is pretty lousy on that game which is pretty sad(One of the reasons Im not really for battlefield). I think an anti recoil should work too though honestly you could make a rapid fire that shoots quickly and then throw your gun into single...

Oh I have had this issue before I know Viking can fix it but I dont know how much it will be though. More then likely the chip is good on the controller.

Heres another tip the Barret and p99 have a higher fire rate so if you try a sped and its quick then you go up another speed and it slows down try it on the p99 to see if the speed is just slow or too quick for a weapon such as the MK14.

To stat off what did you do to it? (Water damage, physical damage, etc.) Most likely if it doesnt connect to the xbox and work as a regular controller then its the controller regardless it should work with the regular controller. The best case though is the chip may be good, make a support...

Yeah you can not download the software on a mac unless you run boot camp. They may eventually release a mac version but I dont see it in the near future. The charging issue is weird though maybe try using a different battery pack along with a different charging cable.
