Solder with Flux in isn't the best, I have a tub of flux here and just dab the tiniest bit on the scraped trace add some solder and then clean up.

Did you use any Flux?

I'm afraid the Viking360 chip is not compatible with a wired controller.

Providing it's one of the late Tyr's Hands that doesn't use the Matrix Board.

Maybe Halo is just overly sensitive to trigger pulls?

Never heard or experienced this problem.. Neither has my brother and he's been playing halo 24/7 for the last few months with his Viking. Also he got reach today and it's all fine.

As in the X button is not being picked up by the chip? (Try running the Button Test Code You could always try "A + Sync Button"

Try connecting your controller to the PC by putting it in bootloader mode & then open the HID Bootloader & click the erase button, then tick the check box on there and re-program it with your desired preset.

They do custom spray jobs, not too the industrial quality of the "Serpent" shells :/
