There is a user named "PS3andCod" And he's pretty knowledgeable with the Ragnarok so if he gets on tomorrow he'll probably drop by and inform you with any answers you need. Best of luck to you and hope you buy a controller from Viking they're a very friendly company with great customer support...

I actually use the Macro as i am an Xbox player but from the PS3 players on the forums they love the controller and all its features.

I think i might send my controller back in once there's more customization options for the Macro!

Yes it comes with the USB and you can customize it which i think is pretty cool too.

The best PS3 controller as of now is the PS3 Ragnarok it has tons of modes which are easy to learn with the sheet that comes with it and yes you can switch from regular to modded anytime you want.

I'm pretty sure there is a referral program but for right now it's only for the viking warriors. They're probably working on it at the moment so that it's open to everyone though.

Oh i see were your coming from I've had that problem with multiple controllers in the past but it's never been that bad.

It just matters on how busy the shop is and how often they check the tickets. It shouldn't be that long they're pretty good with customer service.

Just wait on the Support ticket because the people in the shop don't check the forums that often.
