These pics are from one of my first/rougher installs..

- Unscrew the shell - Take the faceplate off only - Pull original sticks off - Put the PS3 ones on - Return Faceplate carefully (watch the sync button), also the PS3 sticks are a tight squeeze through the case just apply a little pressure - Screw up Done.

Ok on the back of the board at the top: Negative is the last point, Positive is the 3rd from the end.

Where you solder the trigger wires there are 3 points in a line, you solder the trigger wire to the centre one and then the one below it (closest the rumble pack thing) is a ground point, on both sides.

This is why there is a custom fast reload speed included in the preset editor :)

Have you tried fresh batteries? Holding down the sync (if you have a Hammer) or right tact (Raven) then inserting the batteries and then turning it on and see if that works..

I only ever install them on the back, they are perfect there. I know Fredrow likes to install them above the Start & Back Button.. It's all about personal preference..

Yeah some people that post on here.. dear god I'm not even sure how they managed to order a controller :|
