i dont know about the macro controllers....however i have been using y,y slow on my raven on call of duty 4 for almost 2 years now. also the only gun you can jitter effectively in COD4 is the M16 the M1014 requires double tap and x,y,y fast

just use y,y slow

WRONG! if you rapidly click the LS you will eventually start running...and run for about 5-6 seconds....i rapid click LS when playing anyways....try this! i can edit more if needed

make sure your using the latest firmware too.

i suggest you just install the latest firmware regardless...that way you can guarantee your up to date

i have done the same with my macro up untill about two weeks ago(got to send it back for repairs :() but my analogs are still good.....now my raven on the other hand.....oh boy
