You can make custom speeds already.....just download the HEX editor.

Use .05 to .1 and set the VKM multiplier to 2.05 and make sure you have double tap.

True.....it would just be a lower VKM multiplier.....probably about 1.90.....but I would need the game to honestly give a good answer
