i can get american express giftcards at places like stop and shop(i beleve they are U.S only though)

you can remap the buttons to the tac switches on the back....BUT this takes up macro spaces.

like american express prepaid giftcards that i get....or you could get a visa giftcard.....you can load these i think to 1000$ so it should work.
