Fredrow is a college student. So he can get tied up in things sometimes. Don't worry though, he's not ignoring you and he should get back to you as soon as he gets the chance.

On the subject of the raven send in mod though, I'm not too sure how many old viking chips Fredrow has left to install. They're kind of a collectors item now, as they are no longer produced.
