We do have that on the macro controller (but no shift key function) and the Ragnarok has this as well but with a shift key for an even better jitter mod.

Yeah it works great for me on both guns but if it doesn't work for you try any speed from .93-.97 .99 works fantastic for me and that is what the rapid-fire macro is set to, but change it if it skips badly for you.

Can't bypass the SPS limit and there really isn't a way to get jitter more accurate unless you use steady aim.
