The Cable that was included in with my controller wont go into the controller for programming :( it just halfway goes in, it doesnt actually click when i try to put it in. Can anyone help me please?

I've looked in FPS Freeks but don't they take some time to get used to ?

The Thumbsticks on my Macro controller are starting to wear down, once they have no grip I want to get them replaced. But I hear it's harder to replace thumbsticks on a Viking because of all the extra wiring inside of the controller.. Can someone please help?
