me and my son for some reason seems to have trouble getting the rapid-fire to work correctly on B03 Just want to talk to someone to make sure we are doing everything right and we set up the macros and then load and then reboot after that is when we can't get it to work right newbie to macros

new berserker controller will not connect to my windows computer plus it says on my computer modchip needs to be in bootloader mode ?????? i'm going to send this controller back because it will not connect and im getting very frustrated with this as I had ragnorak controllers before for 360...
