I'm in the same room as my XBOX and the controller is sync'ed. I followed the steps as you have outlined, no flashing LEDs only solid purple LEDs.

I tried it with both cables connected to the controller. All for LEDs light up purple no flashing. I tried it with the second USB cable connected to a computer and to the Xbox both gave me four solid purple LEDs. Any suggestions?

I loaded the 5-18-2014 firmware and everything worked well. I rebooted the controller and now i'm stuck again. When i try to load a rune only the top right purple LED lights up.

So much for a quality product, got my berserker today and one of the switches is stuck. With all the delays in shipping i would've hoped it wouldn't arrive defective. Hopefully the software won't have the same delay after delay.

Just great, after all the delays I finally receive my new controller and one of the switches is stuck. Now I get to send it back wait for them to fix it then send it back to me. Another week to ten days of waiting. Just great.

Still waiting on my controller and have the fear that once it comes in I won't be able to figure out how it works. Mine shipped this Tuesday so i'm hoping it won't have the bug i've read about. Hope it's not a $249 paperweight.

My shipping ticket was created last Friday but the controller wasn't shipped till yesterday, currently showing a Friday 3-7 delivery date. After readying some of the posts for guys that have already received it I hope I can figure out how to use the thing. Guess I'll find out this weekend.
