On the example of the adjustable rapidfire how do you adjust it?

If you HOLD #4 tac + Right Trigger it will scroll to the next rapid fire....I guess your talking about the example in the FORGE.

he should of reversed the way he did it but then again it is a example......I make mine easy....like just tap tac #1 to scroll. You can change them around by clicking them and getting use to the program.

If you want to fine-tune it then open up the rune for editing and adjust the time multiplier bar at the top faster or slower.
