Is it possible to send in a viking controller once the grips on the analog stick get worn down to get them replaced ?

Viking360.com won't carry this out for you as it isn't cost effective. However if you contact Fredrow (if your in the US) or Me (if your in Europe) One of us should be able to sort you out!

If you just need the grey plastic grips and not the entire stick mechanism itself submit a support ticket. It's when it comes to replacing the actual stick mechanism that it gets to be difficult.

I won't lie... I remapped my sticks to the back of the controller because I have killed so many sticks in the past few years. I have one controller that is so busted I can only strafe and look up and down. Not to mention sometimes it randomly makes me spin in circles. I thought my console was lagging one day while playing borderlands and I ended up figuring out it was a stick issue. I am afraid it will happen to this one so I am attempting to take precautions.
